RGW Property LLC purchased a 3,000-square-foot multi-tenant retail building on 0.4 acres of land at 4550 Allisonville Road. The seller was represented by Jon Bannister, Phoebe Aaron and John Holloway of Veritas Realty. The buyer was represented by Steve Flangan of RP Lux.
College Park Indianapolis LLC purchased a 9,933-square-foot, multi-tenant retail building on 2.28 acres of land within College Park Crossing at 9321 Michigan Road. Browning Real Estate Partners kicked off construction on a new 238,200 SF commercial building in Brownsburg.

Capitol Construction completed a 5,300-square-feet office buildout for Redcrest Hospice at 50 E. 91st St.
Capitol Construction completed 16,000 square feet of spec suites for Somera Road at 1060 N. Capitol Ave.
Midwest Design Group played a key role in building out the new HNTB office space in Salesforce Tower located in downtown Indianapolis. MDG completed demolition, framing, drywall hanging, finishes, specialty ceilings, and painting throughout the project.
