The buyer was represented by Mike Wood of Joseph Ross & Associates Inc.
Normandy Greentree LLC purchased a 7,307-square-foot, single-tenant retail building on 1.91 acres of land at 12950 Publishers Drive, Fishers. The seller, Contos Waves LLC, was represented by Jon Bannister, Mitch Ostrowski and Phoebe Aaron of Veritas Realty. The buyer was represented by Kyle Danielson of Horvath & Tremblay.
Vincennes Road Retail LLC purchased a 6,195-square-foot, single-tenant retail building on 1.4 acres of land at 3645 Vincennes Road. The buyer was represented by Jon Bannister of Veritas Realty. The seller represented itself.

OM Ohana Indy 82nd Realty LLC purchased a 3,500-square-foot, single-tenant retail building on 0.75 acres of land at 6421 E. 82nd St. The seller, Net Lease Funding 2005 LLC, was represented by Seth Biggerstaff and Andrew Demaree of Veritas Realty. The buyer was represented by Dugan Thompson of Equivis.

Shah’s Halal Food leased 2,400 square feet of space within University Square at 115 State Road 46, Bloomington. The landlord, Bloomington Retail LLC, was represented by Jamison Downs and Seth Biggerstaff of Veritas Realty. The tenant was represented by Camden Chadd of Veritas Realty.
Nest Coffee leased 1,677 square feet at Hangar on Emerson, 1140 Emerson Park Drive, Greenwood. The landlord, Hangar on Emerson I LLC, was represented by Chris Helft of Avison Young. The tenant represented themself.
Galleher Industries leased 18,132 square feet at 2341 S. 30th St., Lafayette. The landlord, 2431 Lafayette Asset LLC, was represented by Kevin Bol of Kevin Bol Commercial Group and Todd Vannatta of Cushman & Wakefield. The tenant was represented by Steve Schaub and Bill Ehret of Avison Young.
Development / Construction
In March, Browning Real Estate Partners crossed a significant construction milestone with the installation of the first wall panel for Building 1 of the Park 65 project. The site will deliver 201,500 square feet of industrial space along I-65 and S.R. 39 in Lebanon.
Capitol Construction completed a 3,500-square-foot office buildout for Opsterra at 11595 N. Meridian St., Carmel.
Capitol Construction completed a 26,400-square-foot showroom remodel for Audi Indianapolis at 4610 E. 96th St.
